Refund & Exchange

If you change your mind, we will offer an exchange or credit note if the goods are returned in an original condition and packaging. Orders must be returned within 5 business days of your parcel being delivered, after this time all sales are final.

All shipping costs to and from InTrigued CorneR must be covered by the customer and will not be refunded. The customer is liable for the item until it is received back by InTrigued CorneR. Should the item be lost or damaged in the mail, InTrigued CorneR is not responsible and will not exchange or issue a credit note. Thereby we strongly recommend customer to properly pack the item and use a method of shipping with tracking.

If a product is faulty; once your return is received, inspected and approved of refund, InTrigued CorneR will offer a credit or process a refund to the original method of payment. Shipping cost of return item will also be covered by us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you receive it. Please contact our team at [email protected] for return instructions.

Please note for hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings and hair accessories. No refund on e-Gift cards.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items will not be offered with a refund or exchange.

All crystals are individually hand-picked, each with their very own characteristics. Each piece may vary slightly from the image on the website. We are unable to exchange for a different piece.



We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
